Aennis Eunis: Luxury footwear with a Middle Eastern touch
Aennis Eunis was established in 2009 by Jordan born designer Anas Younis Shanaah. After graduation Anas moved to Italy where he embarked on his career in fashion by working with experts in the leather goods field in Florence. He then moved to New York to study industrial design and spent 15 years collaborating with high-end retailers, stylists and designers. In 2009 he established his brand label Aennis Eunis. The brand produces luxury footwear and accessories.
Aennis Eunis is a very unique brand. For his collections Anas draws inspiration from his ethnic background. Arabic calligraphy is a theme visible throughout the different Aennis Eunis collections. Carved out letters on the front and sides of the shoes give the footwear a Middle Eastern touch. A must have for every shoe fanatic!
Statement heels…stand out from the crowd!
The party season is just around the corner and whether you are opting for a little black dress or an eccentric metallic number to dance the night away in, you can’t leave the house without a pair of stiletto’s. My personal style revolves around statement items and my style mantra is ‘simplicity’. I would wear a little black dress that accentuates my figure and would combine it with a statement piece of jewellery and statement heels. Sometimes I want my heels to ‘speak’ for me. This is why I love Aennis Eunis. Little pieces of art…a little eccentric, just how I like it! The idea of the carved out Arabic calligraphy letters works so well for this brand. I adore the signature stiletto heels and the sexy, short boots. My favorite is a red slingback heel. It is sophisticated and sexy at the same time. I am also extremely excited about their new spring summer 2014 collection which includes hot pink stilettos. I’ve added two previews from their SS14 collection in the gallery, the first one is breathtaking. A stylish shoe with a fierce calligraphy style heel. My heart started beating faster when I first laid eyes on the pink stilettos. The color is amazing for the spring-summer season, the laces are a trendy detail and the calligraphy cut out design is extremely sexy. MUST HAVE!
