These last few weeks I have been testing Biotherm Aquasource – Deep hydration replenishing gel for normal or combination skin. This is a moisturizer which aims to keep your skin hydrated for a record-breaking 48 hours and is developed with Life Plankton. The gel contains no preservatives or mineral oils. It only contains derma-friendly ingredients and aims to hydrate and strengthen your skin and protect it from bad influences like stress. The ocean ingredients nourish your skin and helps you maintain a healthy complexion.
This is one of the first things I’ve noticed when using Biotherm Aquasource, my skin looks instantly healthy and radiant after applying. The gel smells fresh, a signature Biotherm scent. The scent of the gel is slightly overwhelming at first, but soon fades after applying. I do recommend to apply the gel carefully, apply small amounts and rub it in thoroughly. At first I applied a little too much and it left me with very moist skin. If you apply it with care and patience you will get the best result. When the gel dries, it leaves you with a smooth and soft skin surface. It really lasts all day, my skin feels hydrated and moist from morning until late at night.
This product suits women who have little to no skin problems (acne etc.) best. It gives your skin a little extra hydration and makes it look happy and healthy. It is perfect for winter and dry summer days; moments when your skin is aching for hydration and feels dry and unnourished. If you have troublesome skin like me, skin that can feel dry at one moment and turns greasy out of nowhere…you might want to try other skincare products. Something you notice from the moment you use this product is that it takes a little while longer to dry. Whenever I use Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel for combination to oily skin it dries up super quick, which is great if you have oily skin.
I would recommend this product to women with dry and normal skin, those with combination-oily skin should opt for other skincare products. I think it is good to try different skincare products to find the one best suited for your skin type. I prefer using Clinique’s skincare products.
