Dubai-based fashion designer Effa Al Dabbagh recently launched two new EFFA collections; one specially for Ramadan and one for the summer season. The collections consist of traditional Arabic clothes like the Abaya gown and Jallabiyas. It includes beautiful handmade pieces, designed and produced at the EFFA atelier. Each look decorated with either floral embroidery or Islamic geometric patterns (stars). The floor-skimming gowns each have something that makes them unique; sleeves embellished with pearls, trendy frill details or a belt/knot to accentuate the waist.
I adore the colour palette; from classic black, blue to purple and softer shades like pink and white. My favourite pieces look a lot like floor-length coats and can be combined with jeans for a casual chic look. The pink/purple shades are very fashionable!
Overall an elegant and fashion-forward collection which includes several wardrobe must-haves for the season.
